Those resellers have submit many-many orders, I guess maybe a few hundred thousand. I also guess that all registars has the same number of available "slots" to register .EU-s - and don't forget that it was relatively easy to become a .EU registar. IMHO smaller registars with only a few thousand domains have already finished submitting their orders, while for TuCows it will take hours (many^3 hours...) to process all of our orders. Too bad.
