In fact, all domain names that received applications during the sunrise are unavailable now, regardless of the 40 day period to start an ADR. They will all be released at once at some point in the future. It's very annoying -- you can't register domains now that have expired ages ago without any valid application for instance -- but it's the way EURid wants it to work.
