and if I can pile on with a little personal frustration, we were unfortunately given little to no help in the cira elections from our resellers so ross, despite running again, was unable to get elected. hopefully issues like the one described below will be enough to get those of you who have to deal with .ca nonsense like that below, upset enough to take the 5-10 minutes to vote.
