One way to handle non-ASCII characters is to 'round' everything up to
similar ASCII, say 'a' instead of 'à'.

However, this works if you are registering domains yourselves. Since client
code is for your customers mostly, it's probably best to add note on the
side of the web page that explains to the customers this fact (and that we
hope registry changes rules in the future).

As for "Registration Successful", this is a response text from API. You
_can_ intercept and translate it, but translation gets very tedious and
difficult to maintain for error responses. Reasonable approach would be to
translate few of the often seen errors, like "domain taken", and to let
other, unrecognized errors pass through untouched. This is not ideal, but
it's probably the most cost effective way to handle it.
