Hi all, Has anyone here ever received a bounce message from Email Defense, similar to this one - and know what it means?
inbound.domain.com.emailmx.com[xxx.xx.xx.xx] said: 451 SCANNER: Error Scanning Files AFAIK there was never a reason for this service to ever reject or bounce messages. They are either delivered or put into the quarantine folder. Nothing is coming up though on searches for this. 451 seems to indicate a time-out - I know we had problems yesterday but this was on the 1st of this month.
