Hi Paul, The registry notified us last night that there was a problem with Rapid Zone Updates. This has since been resolved.
If you are still experiencing issues, please let us know and we will let Verisign know. Usually, there is very little delay between registering a name and it appearing in the DNS. Today, I see that domains are NOT appearing in the DNS and changes put through are not either. WHOIS at verisign is operating normally, but the changes are propagating to the zone servers. I'm noticing this with other registrars too, not just openSRS.
