Yall, I have tried to initiate a registrant (not registrar!) transfer for a .CA domain, to facilitate the end user's attempt to correct the organization name shown in the whois.
There is no indication in the RWI that this operation is in progress. The RRC FAQ indicates this is a manual operation that might take upto a couple of weeks. Should I chill out and expect some follow-up from Tucows, or is it necessary for me to contact reseller-support to get the ball rolling?
