Do you mean domains that are alrea\dy in your reseller account?
Log into the manage interface and change the ownership (under profile
management) to the same username and password as the main domain you want
them to appear under.
Its called "change owner" (rather confusingly).
This reply refers to the way I have the manage scripts running. Yours might
have been modified or had bits renamed to makew them more logical.
