I can explain this.

When you set up an account with Godaddy they force you to set a US state or 
Canadian territory even if you are not in the US or Canada.
Anyone in the UK will scroll looking for "UK" and the closest is probably 
Yukon Territory.
My Godaddy account has me listed as in "Alabama" so if I ever bought a 
domain from them Alabama would appear in the whois entry because they 
prepopulate the registration form with the account address details.
