Hi, A UK company I work with has a Tucows reseller account. At the point of incorporation, the directors formed two companies, with a view to running some products through company X, and some products through company Y. The Tucows account was registered against company X.
All change, and for accounting and customer-relationship simplicity, the company now want to just run company Y. I have been asked to find out how to change the company name associated with a tucows account. The company want nothing to change (from a balance/username/password point of view, but are happy to resign agreements). Any clues how to do this ?
