The problem is, that the customers or domain registrant and admin
contact is not the phisher/spammer in the most times. It is an customer
having PHP Sites with security holes and hackers are finding this sites
and abusing them.

We are also fighting with this problem. We suspend the script (if its
easy to find) or we suspend the site, we disable the phishing content or
what ever been hacked immediately after we have been informed about this
abuse.

Then our support works with the customer to resolve this issue.

But we cannot delete the domain name ...

For me its also interesting who others deal with this problem.

Best Regards,

Bernd Hilmar
