Hi, I have tried to transfer several .eu domains but only one has succeeded ever since. So I'm kinda unfamiliar with the process.
Now one of my customers sent me an e-mail from their current registrar. It says in the e-mail, if you want to transfer a .eu domain while the ownership changes as well, you need to initiate a "TRADE". I can't find anything like this in the RWI, only the normal transfer field. Is their registrar right.
