Hi Gordon, I probably wasn't clear but I don't expect, although it would be nice ;) all of anything. As they say beggers can't be choosers and I'm almost to the point of begging. I would be happy with a solution that can handle 50% right now. > CCS seems to only handle certain domain extensions. I would be content to have CCS work and be able to build from there but the place where it fails is of course one of the compiled file which I can't fix and certainly can't take live without having access to be able to repair. I've never understood that logic. If they really open CCS, it would probably be usable in a few months but that is just my opinion based on my experience in opensource projects. > What you might want to look at is hacking the client code to provide > an ordering framework. > This is essentially what I did a few years ago. > We do not have an automated system but its not completely manual either. > Its a pity the system won't just accept name value pairs across > https as this would be much easier to work with but I guess there > are security implications. > (in effect thats what my hacking of the code allows, but only of the > parameters included in the scripts) That is what I am trying NOT to do. If this were a project where development was not as controlled by OpenSRS or had open development and those of us who are using it contribute for the benefit of all, I would but I'm afraid we have a long way to go for that. I have yet to see a bug report or a way of making them that is public so that we all see the problems and solutions. When I have asked for help, it is always taken private. Typical Corporate America.
