Just as an update to this thread, it appears that ICANN is taking action against Registerfly.com to protect Registerfly.com domain holders from losing their domain names.
Here's the announcement on ICANN's website: http://www.icann.org/announcements/announcement-02mar07.htm There is a bit of info about Registerfly.com (dated March 5th, 2007) on ICANN's blog <http://blog.icann.org/>, but it is basically a summary of the above ICANN announcement info.
