Using pop mail in outlook. mac os9. Normally this method works fine. error: a connection error has occurred.
Tried 10 times. same error. I would have sent this to support, but my last support ticket about another issue has still not been answered. It was sent, i think, around 7 days ago. I also sent another duplicate support email a few days ago, to try and get some response and still no replies.
