Hi everyone,

FYI, we sent this notice out about an hour ago.

Dear Customers,

The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers
(ICANN), the administrative body responsible for domain
policy, approved a new budget this month that includes a
decrease in the fee it charges for every .com, .net, .org,
.info, .biz, and .mobi domain name. The new fee has been set
retroactively as 22 cents from July 1, 2006.

Effective April 1st, the ICANN fee for domain names provided
by Tucows will be reduced to 22 cents from 25 cents per
domain registration year. If, for example, you registered a
name for two years, the fee would be 44 cents.

We will process a rebate in your Reseller account in early
April to cover the July 1, 2006 to March 31, 2007 time
period. Three (3) cents per domain year will be refunded. In
total we are refunding over $130,000.

Since 2004, we've provided you with full visibility to the
ICANN fee structure. We believe providing this rebate is only
fair to you, our customers. Tucows continues to be actively
involved in ICANN to represent you and your customers' best
interests.

Thank-you for your continued support of Tucows. Please direct
any questions to [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Sincerely,

Adam Eisner,
