Good afternoon,

This past weekend we encountered issues with the Tucows ticketing  
system. Some of the tickets submitted from 8pm on Saturday to early  
Monday did not receive automatic ticket #s; however, all tickets were  
received and will be handled in priority sequence. We are evaluating  
other Information Technology Infrastructure Library(ITIL)-compliant  
ticketing systems to replace the existing one within the next few  
months.

We will keep you posted on any changes.
