Incidentally, we're all about the Raptors these days. Much more exciting! Penalty points are counts the .eu and .be registries keep in order to prevent abuse. Every time an invalid command is sent to one of these registries, a registrar gains a 'penalty point'. It can sometimes be a frustrating system for registrars because many platforms are designed to re-fire a command in some instances (say, if a proper response isn't received from the registry) in order to be safe/ensure an operation is completed successfully.
