A couple of minor annoyances to using the Certificate Management web app 
that I wanted to document and possibly get fixed:

1) I accidentally let a certificate expire and no one noticed for 2 
weeks.  At this point, there is no link the "Renew" the certificate and 
I have to create a new certificate (though I can still use the Renewal 
Request that the webserver generates).  What is the actual time frame 
after an expiration where you can still renew vs. creating a new cert?

2) While creating the new certificate, the only choices for "Approver 
Email" are the GENERIC ones associated with that domain only.  If I save 
the cert request and go back in, I can reopen that field and now I get 
the option of using the DOMAIN address (the underlying master account 
address).  This is annoying and unnecessary (AFAICT)...
