They have approximately 3,500 domain registration customers. These are pure domain registrations. No other services are included with these registration accounts (no email, forwarding, EDS, etc.). The sale would consist of the customer base and domain registration accounts only. No other assets (hardware, software, etc.) would be included. The transfer of the customer base could be facilitated via Tucows (i.e. they would transfer the accounts from the old reseller's account into your reseller account). Serious inquiries please.
