Over the last year, everytime I register a new domain via the RWI, it's only about 10 minutes before it appears in the global root servers (ie: g.gtld-servers.net)
Today, an hour and a half later, I'm still waiting. Has anyone else noticed this change? Or is this particular domain in limbo and after 24 to 48 hours pass, I'll be opening up trouble tickets.
