This was not clear to me, either.  For example, the com price was stated
as $6.00.
The footnote reads "for each domain, the ICANN Fee is $0.20 and the
Tucows Management Fee is $3.00."

Does this mean the $6.00 includes the $3.20, or that the actual net
annual cost for a com domain is $9.20?
