A bunch of domains I renewed on July 23 was only billed on August 17 and 
suddenly dropped my account in the negative. There was no warning about 
this beforehand, so I was deeply surprised to get a low credit warning on 
a Friday and had to wait until Monday evening before I got any feedback 
from your credit department. I had to assume the worst, for instance that 
someone else was able to draw from my account although I couldn't see any 
other logins in the login journal.

I remember there were some problems last month concerning billing, I don't 
know if this was related to that. If it was then the way of carrying this 
out was very badly chosen. Please do this in a proper way in case it needs 
to happen again! I would at least expect a mail one day ahead that 
explains the sudden withdrawal out of the blue.
