Hi,

The clause on .US registration for foreign organizations reads as follows:

"A foreign organization that regularly engages in lawful activities (sales
of goods or services or other business, commercial, or non-commercial,
including non-profit relations) in the United States."

I was basically trying to find out if a UK business trading (sales of
goods/commercial) with the US can get a .US domain (without a US address or
US legal entity). I'm guessing no but would like to get the definitive
answer.

Best Regards,

Nick

We do this all the time for UK businesses that trade online and it has never
been questioned by the registry so just go ahead and do it.
