I think there may have been some confusion.

There is no way to do PTR records in our system to my knowledge.  What 
you can use the TXT field for is SPF records which are for Email.

PTR records (reverse DNS) is handled through your ISP generally.  
Managed DNS supports only forward DNS.

Could you forward me the support email you received off-list so I can 
review it?
