Yup.  I offer web packages which include the domain, certificate,
installation of such, and the additional IP as one single annual price
to the customer.  Although we will sell domains direct, I do not offer
SSL certificates outside of my own hosting base due to the hassle.

We usually buy our certificates from RapidSSL these days, although I
think we've used a few others over the years.  I haven't had an order in
six months, and oddly all of our renewals are between March and July, so
I'll once again research options to purchase a couple dozen certs at
that time.

Last time we looked, Tucows' wholesale rates were noticeably above
retail, and there was a lot more hassle.

All my customers really care about is that the little lock on their
website is closed and the data is encrypted, no insurance or other
factors are generally considered.
