With the current exchange rates and our existing cost of 5 Euros per .eu domain year, this translates to a cost of $7.35 - $7.40 USD. Our wholesale price of $8.00 USD means our margin is in the $0.60 - $0.65 USD range.
When we launched .eu our published goal was to be as competitive as possible and to try and keep our margin in the $1.00 range, which we have been able to do.
