Hello,

The order is in Pending because we need more info before we can submit 
the transfer.

.EU and .BE transfers require the Admin Email to be entered as a special 
field called 'Owner confirmation Email' in the transfer form. You must 
put the Domain Owner's Email address (as listed at the current 
registrar) in the field in order to submit the order.

You can add this info via "View Pending Orders".
