A client of mine has requested a domain transfer from MY reseller account TO godaddy. He has received the notification email from godaddy but nothing from Tucows.
He hasn't received anything as Admin Contact from Tucows and the request was initiated more than 12 hours ago. How long before he should receive anything from Tucows to authorize the transfer?
