Hi Roger,

You can reach the support team at the address listed at the bottom of 
the main RWI page.   You will get an auto-response with a ticket number 
after submission.    It does take a little while for that auto-response 
to go out, our ticketing system being overhauled in the near future.

Send us in the domain name in question for the EPP key problem and we'll 
take a look.    The dash symbol is accepted as a EPP key in the COM/NET 
registry however.    You can update the code via manage.opensrs.net 
under Domain Extras to solve the other registrar's issue if need be.
