We have the same problem. We also had this problem in the past with a .de Domain name. And due to no reaction of the support in time we lost the .de domain. Now we have the problem to transfer the domain name in our account again due to a problem of tucows. Tucows please solve this "Registry status failed" issue before a domain name expires.
