Hi Heather,  

My comment about this was meant sarcastically.  I know the correct contact 
numbers & email and have used them.  The point was, I could *not* get a contact 
back from premium.support@ or from the emergency contact form I used.  This one 
is supposed to page a support tech if no one is available.  It seems I'm not 
the only one who used this and did not get a reply this past weekend.  

The point I'm trying to make with this is I needed to resort to the public 
discuss-list to get a reply and that's wrong.  It seems Tucows will do the 
right thing when it's public, but let's it slide when it's 1 on 1. 

This issue aside, I also have a real problem with no tech staff being available 
to fix problems on the weekend.
