And a bit more info that I received in an autoresponder; " On 7/14/08 around 4pm EST, the network switch on our network had a hardware failure which has caused our network to be unavailable since that time. We have staff at our data center in New York working on replacing the switch. Once the switch is replaced, the network will be available again and website and email functionality will be restored. We estimate this repair to take less than 24 hours. We apologize for this significant outage and will be taking steps to prevent such things from occuring in the future."
