I'm seeing network issues between us and TUCOWS.

>From 212.24.80.69 (and other addresses on the network) I can't see 
http://www.tucows.com nor login to the reseller system.

I can see these web servers from other networks.

I can connect to the hostedemail servers on port 25, since email to Virgin 
residential customers is being delivered. ( 216.40.42.4 )
 
I completely failed to report this to Virgin Media via business support 
channels.

Anyone else seeing anything odd?

These all appear to be in the same block, so routing issues seem less likely 
than I first thought.

Virgin Media are themselves a big TUCOWS customer, so perhaps TUCOWS have 
better contacts than we do with our own ISP.

Guess if it is just me, then I will start rebooting routers, but I'm skeptical 
of the merits of that approach.
