I thought that they said in the Chat Room that they had finished 14 songs.
That sounds like it is more that 1/2 way finished. I wonder if they are
just setting an expectation. What do you think?

That was fun! It was great to hear the boys talking on the radio!
Did you notice they still haven't committed to a release date for the
new CD? They said Spring of 2000 and they're about half way done right
now. The good thing about this is that they are not being forced and
pressured into releasing the CD before it's ready. Usually record
companies set a release date and the band has to work their butt off to
get it ready in time. Since the Doob's are on their own on this one, it
seems like they are much more relaxed and hopefully that will let their
creativity go to town! Can't wait!
I taped the show if anyone's interested. I missed the first minute
because most of those stations listed with RealNetworks were "Acid Rock"
and weren't carrying the show. The station that I finally found was:
Mississippi Biloxi 105.9 WXRG-FM
That was very cool!
