I'm surprised I haven't seen this on line. A few days ago, there was short
blurb in the LA Times regarding Michael MacDonald. It was written by Shauna
Snow, and I feel the girl should check her facts before putting something in
print. I will quote it as written. You decide what's next.......

"Michael McDonald will perfom with the Doobie Brothers for the first time
since 1982 in a Feb. 4 all-star concert at the Shrine Auditorium. The
concert is in conjunction with McDonald's receipt of the Yamaha Lifetime
Acheivement in Musical Excellence Award. Also scheduled to perform are Kenny
Loggins, Ray Charles, Steve Winwood, Patti Labelle, Toto, James Ingram, Patty
Austin, Christpher Cross, Alan Parsons, David Pack, Edwin McCain and James
Newton Howard. Tickets are $25."

Now, outside of the fact I have seen Michael with the Brothers several times
since 1982, I would realy like to see this show. Sounds like a goodie. And,
it's good for Michael getting this award.
