Stranger than truth...

A while back (shortly brfore the Fan Club Meeting in Laughlin in 1997) I was
talking with my sister-in-law about the upcoming meeting. "Oh, I know them
(Doobies)" she told me. My jaw dropped! Wha? Oh yeah, she says, and tells me
of her friendship with Danny Fong, Doobie photographer. "He set up a camera and

I snapped it because he wanted to be in the picture". Well, it was the photo of

the DoobieLiner on the Vices poster! I had known Carol for years and had no
idea of her relationship with the band. So, spread the word of your love for
the band. Otherwise you may never know what you could learn!

Happy New Year everyone,

John
