Title: RE: RE: Doobies on "Behind the Music"

There are also lots of us, I am sure, who sit out here in Never-Never Land (left at the fisrt star and straight on till morning!!)who avidly read all the postings ;  but being somewhat uneducated about the Doobs do not have much to proffer. But pleeez don't foget that we ARE here, we listen to the Brothers whenever we can - and rush to read the postings after you lucky folks get to see those concerts....

Sorry to take so long to respond to this one...

The doobiefans-list generally has about 250 people at a time.  However, we do
have a data base of about 3,000 e mail addresses from fans who have submitted
their addresses through the website.

Regarding any "Behind the Music" campaign's by the fan club, well, it's been
discussed in the past.  This is an issue we'd need the band to support prior
to engaging in a campaign...there'd be nothing worse than buggin' the cr-p
out of the "BTM" producers until they say, "OK, yeah, sure..." only to have
the band come back with a "Sorry, not interested".  That would be a
TREMENDOUS amount of egg for us to wipe off our faces.

My understanding is that the band has other projects in mind...but, ya never
know...
