The Race For Freedom for the NVF was absolutely amazing yesterday. I can't believe all the people that came out in support of this event. I don't know the total count yet on the money raised but, I will post it as soon as I know the total The stunt people that raced KICKED BUTT! Our sponsors, valuable donations and our staff made this all possible. If it wasn't for them, this race wouldn't have happened. Jeff "Skunk" Baxter and Ray "Boom Boom" Mancini helped out with the auctions we had and it turned out excellent! I want to thank the Doobie Brothers for signing the beautiful acoustic guitar we had for the auction. Jeff also added his name to it and even played it for us. Every time he played it the price of the guitar kept going up little by little. There were dueling bids going on and it was pretty exciting. I wont mention the price at this time but, the 2 guys bidding were stuntmen that had never played a guitar nor had they ever touched one. It was so cool!
