As I've said already, I thing that Sibling Rivalry is absolutely awesome. If
this CD gets the attention it deserves it should be guaranteed a Grammy
nomination.
Another year 2000 release was Blues Obsession by our "old" brother Michael.
That, also, was some of his best work ever. In fact, in a post earlier this
year I said that that was some of the music he should've been doing when he
was a Brother.
On a three hour trip home from work on Friday I listened to both CD's back to
back. Wow, great stuff.
Now I think that I'm objective, but I know that I'm probably not. But
wouldn't it be great if both made the Grammy list this year. Imagine both
being read as nominees the night of the show. Both former winners by virtue
of Minute By Minute. Ohmigod, I'd probably actually have to watch.
An interesting and ironic twist on Sibling Rivalry and a dream for all of us,
huh? Later.
