I don't post much, but I am I think a charter or one of the first members of
this fan club several years ago.
Ok here is my take on charities of the Doobies. I think it is great and it is
fine with me that it is promoted here on this list. I do not participate in
them usally as I do have my other favorite charities that I work and give to
locally and I would much rather see my money, work and blood go to a person
or persons in my community as opposed to California or some other place. I
prefer to donate to local causes right here in Tampa. That does not mean my
view is for everyone. If you like it and it makes you feel good and you are
doing something that you feel benefits your fellow brothers and sisters, GO
FOR IT!
I comment the Doobies and this Club for supporting causes of any kind! And if
they want to promote it here, well it is their fan club and they have the
right to do just that.
