On 64-bit Ubuntu 9.10 with firefox 3.5 and flash 10 it's broken. It asks for some personal details. When I put some random crap in (don't want their marketing stuff) I get told I haven't filled in some fields correctly which aren't even on the screen! Once it moans that you didnt put an address in correctly, it then removes that button so you can never put one in correctly - until you refresh the page. If you do manage to get the address filled in, you find that there are no tickboxes for T&C etc so you cant submit the form. I've also tested on a 32-bit Mac running firefox 3.5 and flash 10 and it works fine.
