Hi just wondered if you had tried uninstalling your burning software and reinsatalling so the setup had a chance to point to the sata channel rather than the ide channel. just a thought and have you checked that the burner can write the disk type your using (plus or minus) almost every burner made lately can do both but .......... you never know Cheers Victor P
