I have certainly used KMail's filters successfully to sort incoming messages into folders in IMAP accounts. I am not currently using that feature, but, unless it's been broken in recent versions, I would expect it to work. The user interface for defining a filter does not discriminate against IMAP folders. Currently, server-side filters meet my needs. I like to use the "Enable disconnected mode" setting for my IMAP accounts in KMail, so that I don't need a working network connection in order to work with previously-received emails. -- Next meeting: Bournemouth, Tuesday, 2016-07-05 20:00 Meets, Mailing list, IRC, LinkedIn, ... http://dorset.lug.org.uk/ New thread: mailto:dorset@mailman.lug.org.uk / CHECK IF YOU'RE REPLYING Reporting bugs well: http://goo.gl/4Xue / TO THE LIST OR THE AUTHOR
