[Dorset] BeautifulSoup

Hello. Any body with experience of scraping with BeautifulSoup? I'm 
stuck trying to find out why find_next isn't advancing to the next tag, 
and I'm going cross-eyed searching for a reason.

Futher details passed to anyone who might be able to help.
