Confirms problems but not how to fix them! Any help please?

Well the last one about TPM suggests you may need a firmware update to me, if one is available. But you probably don't need a TPM so it's unlikely to matter, especially given it's got a fallback of polling anyway.

But yeah, looks to me like you need a newer distro/kernel. If you're still running Mint 20.x, there are newer kernels available - there's a 5.13 kernel, which is what I use. Still probably too old, but might help.
