Hi to all who responded - Thanks.

At the moment I'm still trying to find out which emails have NOT got through, mainly on Lily's address’s as one is to a German address and the other to a person in Kent. It appears that the 'family' email did get though, just that no one replied! :)-

Looked at Ralphs links which I'd already tried to understand; cross checked with copy of the 'Chat' but no help (for me).

The others will help with what happens further ahead.

Re reading the chat report it would appear that part of the problem is that my Domain goes not have a 'Web site' set up, so cPanel is looking at nothing except web emails address's?  How does that work?  Perhaps that's the problem and 'all' I need to do is 'make' a web site?

Will report back when we've checked the emails with no response.

Thanks to all.

Hi Clive,

I thought the email was via the web mail set up on our Domain. They
now say it was set via the cPanel and security changes have caused the
problem; they do not provide an email hosting package and I should
sort it out!!!

I've got a copy of the 'chat' but that does not help much as it's over
my head!  Sure there must be an easy way.
I'd expect the cPanel access would let you see the email accounts which
exist, access webmail for them, and probably see what configuration that
need if using something like Thunderbird to talk to them to send and
receive emails.

I had a search and found these pages which might help.
