Location: San Jose, CA LOCAL ONLY Duration: 6 months Required skills/qualifications: * BA/BS degree * Minimum 5 years project or Business Analyst experience * Minimum 8-10+ years of related work experience required. Responsiblities: *Support issues for Level 3 escalations- not frontline support, but the goal is just the tougher cases that require cross-functional analysis in many cases. *Working with the development of the new requirements for the future releases *Writing business requirements documents (BDR), process flows, and some QA for the releases themselves.
