Duration: 12+ months Location New York City * * *Required Experience: * 1) Someone who has worked on multiple projects/applications, is intuitive and can work without any supervision. 2) Server-side C#, SQL, financial industry. 3) Web infrastructure (ie, HTML) skills helpful. 4) Looking for someone who has sufficient architectural skills (not necessary an architect ) and motivation to develop and code a component, essentially from scratch without a lot of supervision or detailed specs. 5) This requires a fairly high level of responsibility and maturity, so we'll be looking for evidence of that, both on their resume and during the interview. 6) In particular, I would expect candidates to have designed and coded a good-sized enterprise project sometime in their career, and be able to thoughtfully discuss the experience. ******************************************************************** *Core Java with Fixed Income Trading* *Duration:* 12+ months *Location:* New York City Immediate need for a strong Core Java Developer to build out the post trade processing application for the Fixed Income/Credit front office group. The team will be enhancing an electronic trading application, specifically with new trade processing feeds. There is significant development work to be done. *Required Skills/Experience: * 5+ years Core Java experience. STP experience would be nice but not necessary. Investment Banking experience required; Fixed Income trading application experience preferred Candidate needs to be low touch. Experience with Ion would be a plus.
