Duration: 6+ months Start Date :- ASAP The role of this Program Manager is to lead broad-based/cross functional changes to implement the operational aspects of new (or modified) service programs, with a focus on optimizing efficiency and increasing customer satisfaction. In a leadership role, PM will provide direction and work resources to the team as well as communicate, consult with and influence all levels of management both within BA&MS and in cross-functional organizations to gain support for proposed program solutions. The PM will Partner with Services Marketing, Sales Operations and other cross-functional teams to determine the best method to bring new service programs to market while balancing the needs of the program with our current and future operational capabilities. This PM will play a key role in the project management and analysis required to create and enhance the processes, policies, and sales tools which will support these new or modified programs as they are brought to market, with the operational focus being on the Idea to Offering (New Program setup and creation), Market to Contract (Forecasting, Contract Management, Partner Management) and Quote to Invoice (Quoting, Ordering, Booking, Revenue Recognition, Invoicing) functional areas. Required skills/qualifications: * BA/BS degree * Minimum 5 years project or program management experience (prefer 8+ or more years) * Minimum 8-10+ years of related work experience required.
